When will I receive my Final Pay?

As indicated in the offboarding email that was sent to the employee, final pay and offboarding documents will be available 30 days after we receive the accomplished Clearance Form. However, we would like to highlight that we still follow Payroll's allocated cut-off period for final pay releases. Please refer below for the final pay release schedule:

First scenario:

• The 30th day from the return of the accomplished clearance form falls between 31st/1st to 15th of the month, final pay release will be on the next business day from the TVH payout schedule.

Example: 
Payout schedule: March 15, 2024 (Friday)
Final pay release schedule: March 18, 2024 (Monday)

Second scenario:

• The 30th day from the return of the accomplished clearance form falls between 16th to 30th of the month, final pay release will be on the next business day from the TVH payout schedule.

Example: 
Payout schedule: February 29, 2024 (Thursday)
Final pay release schedule: March 1, 2024 (Friday)
