How do I get my Pag-IBIG loan certified by TVH?

Once you have submitted your Pag-IBIG loan application and your Virtual Pag-IBIG account shows that it is waiting for employer certification, please submit a ticket to the People Operations & Experience Team.

To help us process your request, please include:

• The type of Pag-IBIG loan you applied for
• A screenshot showing that the application is awaiting employer certification
• Any reference or application details available in your Virtual Pag-IBIG account

Once your application appears in the Pag-IBIG employer portal, TVH will review and complete the required employer certification.

After your loan has been certified, please continue monitoring your Virtual Pag-IBIG account for the status of your application.

Once your Statement of Account (SOA) becomes available, kindly send us a screenshot of the SOA in a separate ticket as soon as possible. This will allow us to promptly arrange the corresponding salary deduction on your payroll and help prevent delays in your loan repayment.
