Yes, of course! Here are the steps to process for a replacement:
1. Send us a photo of your worn-out ID via the Support button in SEITON, to validate your ID's current state.
2. This will then be checked by the People Ops team.
3. Once validated for replacement, we will prepare your new ID.
4. Send us your worn-out ID then we will arrange delivery of the replacement ID once the old ID is received.
In case you decide to have the worn-out ID delivered to us, you will shoulder the cost of the delivery fee. The delivery fee for the replacement will be handled by us. However, we will only attempt to deliver once. If unclaimed, you will have to arrange the delivery already and cover the delivery fee.
