I lost my company ID, how do I get a new one?

To request a new company ID, you may send a ticket via the Support button in SEITON and attach a notarized Affidavit of Loss.

Loss ID replacement costs 200php. This will be arranged via salary deduction upon receipt of the replacement ID. We will send you an Authority to Deduct (ATD) to arrange the payroll deduction.
