Here are the steps to request a new ID:
1. Send us a ticket via the Support button in SEITON to request a new ID.
2. The change of department/ promotions will be validated by the People Ops team.
3. Once validated, we will prepare your new ID.
4. Send us your old ID then we will arrange delivery of the replacement ID once the old ID is received.
We will shoulder the delivery cost for both your old and replacement ID. We will only attempt to pick up and deliver once. If unclaimed or unreturned, you will have to arrange the delivery already and shoulder the delivery cost.
