Once you have submitted your SSS loan application and your SSS portal shows that it is waiting for employer certification, please submit a ticket to the People Operations & Experience Team.
To help us process your request, please include:
- The type of SSS loan you applied for
- A screenshot showing that the application is awaiting employer certification
- Any reference or application details available in your SSS portal
Once your application appears in the SSS employer portal, TVH will review and complete the required employer certification.
After your loan has been certified, please continue monitoring your SSS portal for the status of your application.
Once your Statement of Account (SOA) becomes available, kindly send us a screenshot of the SOA in a separate ticket as soon as possible. This will allow us to promptly arrange the corresponding salary deduction on your payroll and help prevent delays in your loan repayment.
