Here are the steps for updating your information and processing an ID replacement.
1. Send us a clear copy of any supporting document (Marriage Certificate or Decree of Annulment ) via the Support button in SEITON, as proof.
2. Your information will then be updated in the system (SEITON, Sprout, and other employment records).
3. Your new ID will then be processed.
4. Send us your old ID then we will arrange delivery of the replacement ID once the old ID is received.
In case you decide to have the old ID delivered to us, you will shoulder the cost of the delivery fee. The delivery fee for the replacement will be handled by us. However, we will only attempt to deliver once. If unclaimed, you will have to arrange the delivery already.
