My referral has been hired or paired with a client. Am I automatically eligible for a referral incentive?

Reaching a hiring or client-pairing milestone may make the referral eligible for an ERP reward, but the incentive is still subject to validation against the applicable Employee Referral Program guidelines.

Before processing, the team may need to confirm that:

• The employee is officially recorded as your referral
• The applicable ERP milestone has been reached
• The referred employee meets the required eligibility conditions
• The corresponding ERP reward has not already been processed
