I have referred a friend recently. When will I receive my Referral bonus?

Here are the guidelines for the release of the referral bonus:

Regular Program for Day Shift Referrals

Upon regularisation of the referred employee, the referring employee will receive the full bonus amount based on the hero type of the referred employee.

Night Heroes Referral Program

Referring employees with referrals on the night shift will receive the referral bonus in two instalments. The bonus amount is based on the hero type of the referred employee.

1st Installment: The referring employee will receive the first half of the referral bonus upon graduation of the referred employee from training.

2nd Installment: The referring employee will receive the second half of the referral bonus upon regularisation of the referred employee.

Referral Bonus Amount:

Night Heroes Morning Larks

Admin Hero PHP 3,000 PHP 2,500

Content Hero PHP 4,000 PHP 3,500

Systems Hero PHP 5,000 PHP 4,500



Crediting Date:

- For regularization/ graduation dates that fall from the 6th to the 20th of the month, the referral bonus will be credited on the 30th payout.

- For regularization/ graduation dates that fall from the 21st to the 5th of the month, the referral bonus will be credited on the 15th payout.

*Both the referring employee and the one being referred need to be active on the payout date, for the bonus to be released. In the event that the referring employee or the referred employee goes AWOL, the referral fee is automatically put on hold on the 1st day of AWOL.
